ISSUE - ADP is preventing you from logging in, citing that the browser you're using is out of date.


SOLUTIONS 


1. Start by checking the browser you're using, by looking at the symbol on your taskbar at the bottom of the screen :



Here, we have Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explorer, respectively. If you see the final browser there, Internet Explorer, please close this browser. Type the Windows key on your keyboard, and search for Edge. You should see one of the two options circled below :



Open the Edge browser, and navigate to ADP Workforce now. Try logging in. 


2. If this does not solve the problem for you, or you cannot find any other browsers, please contact an IT admin.
