We're steadily adding everyone as users to our email firewall, to allow you to control and view emails coming to your own address. For any emails which should be blocked or allowed company wide, or any emails that you think may be dangerous, IT will still handling them; just emails concerning your inbox alone. 

You'll be added as a user to the email firewall, Barracuda, whenever you first submit a ticket requesting emails to your mailbox be blocked or permitted. A sign in email will be sent to you.


Once signed in and viewing the firewall page :


1. Change the filter from Quarantine to All, to view all emails



2. Emails with a green box were allowed through, red boxed emails were blocked



3. Select the email you're certain should be allowed through, and then click Deliver to let the message through. Also clicking Allow List will ensure that any emails from the same sender will be allowed through in the future. 


And that's it! Your target email should now be in your inbox.


You can also view all blocked or allowed senders, and edit this list more freely :


With this page, you can type in your target "Sender", as either the full address ( townby@mimetals.com, for example ), or just the domain ( mimetals.com, don't include the @ or anything before it ). Then, choose "Exempt" or "Block." Add a note if you like, then click the blue "Add" underneath the Actions tab.
