A password reset for Barracuda should have reached your email. the link there will take you to the email firewall for your email address. Once a password is set, you can block or allow an email :
1. Change the filter from Quarantine to All, to view all emails


3. Select the email you're certain should be allowed through, and then click Deliver to let the message through. Also clicking Allow List will ensure that any emails from the same sender will be allowed through in the future.
