Manifests may be incorrectly made, or may end up made with a duplicate also in the system. This can cause shipping and loading errors; fix is to delete the manifest(s) completely, and start over.
1. Open EPICS
2. Production
3. Manifests drop down
4. Maintain Manifest
5. Enter problematic BoL
6. This will list out all manifests tied to this BoL
7. Edit/delete each manifest, this will allow BoL to be changed/assigned to a different manifest
