Video/Audio still work, but when swiping to unlock the door, nothing happens.
One of the ports on the back of the master station receives two cables. One solid core copper cable, no strands, just a solid bit of copper, and one normal stranded copper cable. Both have green jacketing. The stranded cable sometimes comes loose from the port, disabling door lock privil
eges for the slave and apps.
